YUGUO LU, Senior Engineer (Researcher level), is a Delegate of the 15th Beijing Municipal People's Congress, Bureau Rank Official of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology. He has been engaged in scientific research & development and enterprise management, and once served as the Vice Chairman of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality and the District Mayor of People’s Government of  Beijing  Municipality.
